How do I access my electronic pay statement from home?
Your electronic pay statement is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week via the internet at
Payroll.Prudential.com. Your rolling three-year history is printable and fully accepted as an official financial record by outside institutions.

How can I access Prudential's payroll schedule?
The payroll schedule is available via
Payroll.Prudential.com. Select the Pay Statement tab. Click on the Pay Schedule link.

How can I validate or update my home address?
You can update your home address and personal information via
My Profile within the "My Prudential" tab on Inside the Rock   (please see instructions below). If you do not have access to My Profile please call 1-800-PRU-EASY (1-800-778-3279) for assistance and follow the prompts for Payroll. Representatives are available Monday through Friday (except holidays), 8am to 6pm, Eastern Time. For the hearing-impaired, please contact your local relay service..

Instructions: Home Office
  • Select My Profile from the Home Page of 'My Prudential'
  • Click on the 'Profile' tab
  • Enter your RACF ID and password (if prompted)
  • Review your personal information
  • If modifications are needed, click on the 'Update my Personal Information'
  • When prompted, enter your User ID and Password
  • Make any necessary changes, and click on 'Submit'
Instructions: Agency Distribution
  • Select My Profile within the 'My Prudential' tab on Inside the Rock
  • Click on the 'Profile' tab
  • Enter your RACF ID and Password (if prompted)
  • Review your personal information
  • If you need to update your information, please contact your Operations Control Manager.

I am not currently enrolled in direct deposit, how can I enroll?
It is easy to enroll in direct deposit. Access the
Direct Deposit Online application. Enter your User Id and Password and click the Login button on the Self Service Employee Authentication page. Select Direct Deposit.

To enroll in Direct Deposit, select the Enroll/Change button. On the Enroll/Change page, follow the instructions to enroll in your direct deposit.

To make your selection, please follow these simple instructions:
  • Log in to Payroll.Prudential.com
  • Select 'Pay Statement'
  • Select 'Delivery Preference' at the top of the page
  • Please place a mark next to your Delivery Preference
  • Select 'Save'

Can I change my pay statement delivery selection at any time?
Yes, you can select your pay statement delivery preference at any time. Changes must be entered no later than 5:00 p.m., Eastern time the Friday before payday for the change to be effective for the next payroll.
